Company OutCast is a theatrical and film-making group that emphasizes transparency and collaboration in its creative process, including writing, producing and casting decisions. It aims to produce bold, largely experimental works using inclusive, nontraditional casting with an focus on works that break gender, sexuality and race barriers in theater and film. Polina Shafran, Rachel Allen, Caitlin Clemons, & Marcy Ziegler, joined us in the studio Jan. 25 to talk about this ambitious initiative. Tune into LVA's Artebella On The Radio each Thursday at 10am on WXOX 97.1 FM./ ARTXFM.com.
