Ted Wathen
This week we spoke with Ted Wathen about his work featured in the Coal 1979 exhibit at University of Louisville’s Photographic Archives. Wathen was one of the photographers hired by President Jimmy Carter’s Commission on Coal to document life in America’s coal fields.
